Who would have ever dreamed someone would pay $1.5 million for a dog. Even pay that for a show or breeder dog.
In China it happened. An eleven month old red Tibetan Mastiff sold for $1.5 million. The owners name is not being disclosed.
The red Tibetan mastiff is considered to be one of the oldest and most revered breed of dog. It is also going to be known now as the larges and fluffiest dog and the dog that has brought in the most money for a person to own it.
Big Splash is the puppies name. He is 3 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. He was raised on a special diet and is quite an impeccable example of the red mastiff Tibetan. He will make an excellent breeding dog and people will pay big bucks to use him for breeding.
One more thing that the red mastiff Tibetan is known for is that it protected the nomad camps and monasteries
The red mastiff Tibetan is not usuall found outside of Tibet
