Dog Goes To ER For Help
The German Shepherd mix dog walked into a hospital in the north western part of New Mexico with blood on his snout and paw. He wasn’t severely injured, but must have wanted help.
The hospital located in Farmington, New Mexico, contacted Robin Loev an animal control officer. They found the dog had a puncture wound on it’s paw that may have been from another dog.
Loev is noted as saying that the dog appeared to be very intelligent and calm. It knew enough to go to the right place.
After being taken to the animal shelter in Farmington, the shepherd was later taken home by it’s owner.

A Tabby Cat Helps Care For 3 Orphaned Bob Cat Kittens
Zoe, a house cat with a litter of kittens was chosen by the Carolinal Wildlife Care center to help take care of the 3 orphaned bob cats. The center is located close to the Saluda River north west of downtown Colombia, SC.
The baby bobcats where found beneath a house that had been tore down. They needed the care of a mother, and Zoe is providing it. They wanted them to get their care from a cat not a human.
The bob cats are still young yet, but they estimate that in 4 weeks, they will have to wean them away from Zoe before they become a hazard to Zoe and her babies. They will become much stronger, larger and a danger to the family.
Once they are weaned, they will be taken to a nature habitat where they will continue to grow without the touch of humans. The less that humans associate with them, the better chance they will have at surviving the wild.
In the habitat, they will be supplied with mice and other creatures to hone their hunting skills to better enable them also to survive.
For now, they are being well taken care of by Zoe.
