Determined Eagle cannot pick up prey on lake so he swims like a duck and pulls prey in with him.

Add some music and you have some very good entertainment. Guess even Blue Jays clean up after eating.

Three men break into Sea World

In Australia, three men, two British and one Australian, broke into Sea World which is located on Queensland’s Gold coast. The incident happened on April 14th after they had been out drinking over night. They entered Sea World seemingly just looking to have fun. They enjoyed a swim with the dolphins, something I think most people would like to try after seeing it happen on television, and left a fire extinguisher in the sharks area. I do hope they did not also swim with the sharks. That is something I have no desire to do. After doing who knows what else, they took a trophy home with them. Dirk, a penguin went for a ride that night.

Waking up

The next morning, all three men were rather surprised when they woke up and found Dirk there. Rhys Owen Jones, 21 years of age, and Keri Mules 20 years of age are both British. James Vasilj, an 18 year old is Australian. They had all been drinking the night before at a beach party and did not intend to hurt Dirk. All three woke up with hangovers from the party facing a new problem, how to care for Dirk. They did try to feed him and put him in the shower for a bit. I imagine none of them had any real knowledge on caring for a penguin.

Never post crimes on facebook

The two British men who were in Australia on a working holiday visa, video taped it when they released Dirk into a canal. One of many mistakes they made was placing the story on facebook. A friend saw their post and reported them. Kirk was located later being chased by a possible shark in a local estuary. He was also chased by a dog. Luckily he was found, a bit confused, but still well and returned to Sea World. They have already seen the judge and have received fines totaling $1030.00 each. The judge also pointed out that while they were drunk and entering caged areas of Sea World, they were lucky they didn’t enter the wrong cage which could have resulted in their deaths. James has been charged with trespassing and will face the judge at a later date.

A man helps them find their way out and back to their mother who is pacing the pavement waiting. All ends happy.

A rooster mated with a duck and this poor deformed bird is the result. Some of it is duck and some is rooster.

Baby birds are so ugly at birth but can grow into beautiful birds once they get their feathers.

Dog and bird both want the empty container to try and lick the leftovers out of.

Look at them jump straight up out of the water and land on the ice!

It must be pass feeding time for that starving bird.
